Sampled at Whisky Birmingham 2015 run by The Birmingham Whisky Club, the second of three whiskies tasted as part of a Chocolate Matching Class.

Vanilla, spice and a rum background.
Smooth and creamy, almost like a vanilla flavoured chocolate drink with a shot of rum.
Again smooth on the finish with a spicy chocolate tone.
A good whisky with a surprisingly crisp finish which left me instantly wanting another mouthful.
Matched with a dark Brazil Chocolate (66.8% cocoa).
