Tom, better known as whisky blogger Gentleman Grimm, will guide you through 3 whiskies paired with a selection of cheeses bought from Wolverhampton’s own Tony’s Deli.
The whiskies for this event can be found below:
Bruichladdich – Classic Laddie.
Highland Park 12 Year Old.
Bowmore 15 Year Old.
The tasting is being held at The Lych Gate Tavern in their upstairs room which is lift accessible. The Lych Gate Tavern has a great range of real ales, ciders, spirits and soft drinks, please do take the time to visit the bar either before or after the event and buy a drink or a snack. Their real ales can make a great pairing with the whiskies you’ll be tasting on the night and during the tasting we will talk about what ales on offer would pair best with each whisky.
We ask that you arrive for 7:15pm for the event to start on time at 7:30pm. Although the tasting finishes at 9pm you are welcome to grab a drink from the bar and chat with us afterwards about whisky, cheese, beer and upcoming events.
